We want you to love what you order. If you don’t, send it back.
Our 90-day guarantee
You may return any physical product in sellable condition within 90 days of receiving it for a refund. You don’t need to give us a reason.
How to return something
- Pack the item securely.
- Include your order or invoice number in the package. We cannot identify or credit returns that arrive without one.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except where an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — see below.
Your refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a credit for the full price paid for the item, excluding original shipping charges. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, and we’ll email you when it’s processed. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged in transit, misprinted, or simply isn’t what you ordered, email ohhello@verilymag.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping. You do not need to mail the item back in these cases, and you will never pay return shipping for our mistake.
Digital editions, guides, and downloads
Digital products — digital issues, guides, and downloadable books — are delivered immediately and are not eligible for return or refund once the download link has been accessed.
That said, if a file won’t open, downloads incorrectly, or isn’t what was described, write to us. We will fix the file or refund you. We are not interested in keeping money for something that didn’t work.
Pre-orders
Pre-ordered issues may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. Once shipped, the standard 90-day return guarantee applies.
Gifts
Gift bundles and gift purchases are covered by the same 90-day guarantee. Refunds are issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
Memberships and subscriptions
Verily memberships are managed separately at verilymag.com/membership, not through this shop. You may cancel a membership at any time from your account, and you will retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Membership questions go to ohhello@verilymag.com.
